What are you most passionate about?
I love exploring global cuisines with bold, vibrant flavors, colors and textures, but my favorite thing is teaching other chefs and home cooks how to achieve those qualities in the dishes they make.
What is a piece of advice or insight you want to share with operators?
Land O Lakes Foodservice products are highly adaptable and can take on big, bold flavors. Our recipes and trainings can teach you to use our products in ways that make an impact on your menu and keep your customers craving your food.
What is your favorite Land O’ Lakes product and why?
Land O Lakes Butter Sauce. It can serve as the base for a classic beurre blanc, morph into a rich and spicy mole, or finish a meal in the form of a beautiful pistachio mousse. Savory, sweet, hot, cold, from French to Korean--I have yet to run out of ideas for this product!
