Wild Mushroom Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup | Land O Lakes® Butter
  • 1/4 cup | Shallots, finely diced
  • 1 pound | Button mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 pound | Portabella mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 pound | Shitake mushrooms
  • 1 (32-ounce) pouch | Land O Lakes® Butter Sauce Base
  • 1 tablespoon | Maggi seasoning

Preparation

STEP 1

In large hot saucepan add butter and shallots; cook until shallots are translucent.

STEP 2

Add mushrooms; cook until all moisture is cooked out and mixture is slightly caramelized.

STEP 3

Pour Butter Sauce Base and Maggi seasoning into mushroom mixture; heat to 165°F, then simmer for 2 minutes and serve.
