Ultimate Chili Cheddar Sauce recipe


  • 2 tablespoons | Chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons | Ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons | Onion powder



Combine all ingredients in steam table pan; cover. Heat to 165°F for 15 seconds.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds


Hold warm until service. See tips for serving suggestions.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above


If serving to-go application, portion sauce in a soufflé cup and hold cold or hot with desired components. If holding cold, serve the sauce with taco salad ingrediets for a "walking taco." If holding hot, serve portioned sauce in a to-go container with dippers like pretzel bites, pita crisps or warm bread sticks.
