If serving to-go application, portion sauce in a soufflé cup and hold cold or hot with desired components. If holding cold, serve the sauce with taco salad ingrediets for a "walking taco." If holding hot, serve portioned sauce in a to-go container with dippers like pretzel bites, pita crisps or warm bread sticks.
