Heat Queso Bravo Cheese Dip according to pouch directions.
Combine cheese dip, mozzarella and hot water in small stockpot; whisk until well combined and smooth. Stir in curry paste; heat to 165°F. Hold warm until service.
To build sandwich, layer 4 ounces chicken breast, 2 ounces sautéed vegetables and 2 ounces cheese sauce on hoagie bun.
Top with peanuts, green onions, carrots and cilantro. Serve with additional sauce, if desired.
