Heat Queso Bravo Cheese Dip via one of the methods on the pouch. Hold warm.
In small stockpot, combine cheese dip, Mozzarella and hot water. Whisk until well combined and smooth. Stir in curry paste and heat to 165°F.
To assemble, layer 4 ounces chicken breast, 2 ounces sautéed vegetables and 2 ounces cheese sauce on hoagie bun.
Top with peanuts, green onion, carrots and cilantro. Serve with additional sauce, if desired.
