Preheat conventional oven to 400°F.
In medium bowl, combine Ultimate White Cheese Sauce and hoisin sauce. Set aside.
Arrange flat bread sheet trays.
To assemble flat bread, spread 3 1/2 ounces of Thai sauce mixture evenly on top of flat bread. Top with 3 ounces of broccoli slaw and 2 ounces of chicken. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Mozzarella cheese on top of chicken and vegetables.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until hot and edges are golden brown.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
Add 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro on each flat bread.
Cut each flat bread in half. Garnish with red pepper flakes, if desired.
