Tex-Mex Queso Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pound | Canned tomatoes, drained, chopped
  • 1/4 cup | Canned chiles, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon | White pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon | Hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons | Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • (As desired ) | Tortilla chips or flour tortillas

Preparation

STEP 1

In saucepan, melt butter until sizzling. Sauté onion and garlic until softened, add chili powder and cumin. Stir in milk and Extra Melt cheese.

STEP 2

Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese melts. Stir in remaining ingredients.

STEP 3

Serve with tortilla chips or flour tortillas.
