For a milder version of this recipe use Land O Lakes® Golden Velvet™ Yellow Cheese Sauce
In saucepan combine Queso Bravo and water. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted.
Combine pasta, cheese sauce, beef and tomatoes.
Place casserole mixture into 1/2 hotel pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake covered at 350°F until heated through to 165°F, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
Top casserole with Extra Melt Cheese and bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
