In large saucepan or kettle, combine Ultimate White Cheese Sauce, chili sauce and Sriracha sauce. Heat until sauce reaches 165°F. Hold warm.
Sauté pepper and onion mixture. Hold warm.
Heat beef according to manufacturer's directions. Hold warm.
To assemble, split and open bun. Portion 3 ounces beef slices on opened bun. Top with 1/4 cup pepper and onion mixture. Drizzle with 1 1/2 ounces sweet and spicy sauce mixture. Close sandwich.
