Preparation
STEP 1
In large saucepan or kettle, combine Ultimate White Cheese Sauce, chili sauce and Sriracha sauce. Heat until 165°F. Hold warm.
STEP 2
Heat chicken according to manufacturer's directions; hold warm.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
STEP 3
Heat vegetables and rice according to manufacturer's directions; hold warm.
CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above
STEP 4
To build each rice bowl, layer 1 cup rice, 1/2 cup vegetables, 1 ounce chicken and 3-ounce ladle cheese sauce mix.
