Sun's Up Bento with Colby Jack Cheese Cubes

Sun's Up Bento recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 1/2 cups (53 ounces) | Sweetened dried cranberries
  • 50 each | Oranges, whole
  • 37 1/2 cups (150 ounces) | Bell peppers, sliced

Preparation

STEP 1

Lay out desired containers for packing bento ingredients.

STEP 2

To separate compartments of each bento, add:

1 (1-ounce) package Colby Jack Cheese Cubes
1 hard-cooked egg
2 ounces whole grain crackers
1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1 orange (1/2 cup)
3/4 cup sliced bell pepper

STEP 3

Cover bento. Refrigerate until service.

CCP: Maintain cold food at 41°F or below
