Combine chicken with 1/4 cup lemon juice and 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning.
Cover. Heat on full steam until mixture reaches 165°F.
Combine Ultimate White Cheese Sauce with 1/4 cup lemon juice, oregano, coriander and parsley. Cover. Heat on full steam until mixture reaches 165°F.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
Combine rice, water, turmeric and parsley. Heat on full steam until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
To serve, place 1/2 cup rice in serving dish. Top with 1/3 cup seasoned chicken (#12 scoop) and 1.7 ounces (#20 scoop) cheese sauce (#24 scoop).
Garnish with diced tomato, cilantro and Sriracha sauce, if desired.
