Combine ground beef, Ultimate Cheddar™ Cheese Sauce and Sriracha sauce in hotel pan. Cover.


Heat beef mixture to 165°F for 15 seconds.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds


Portion immediately onto desired buns using #12 scoop or hold beef mixture warm and covered until service.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above
