In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients except Golden Velvet and water. Place Golden Velvet in a 1 quart microwave safe container. Add water and microwave on medium power until melted, whisking occasionally until sauce is smooth. Add cheese sauce to mixture in bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
Portion 1 cup into individual shallow baking dishes. Bake in conventional oven at 350°F for 15 minutes or until dish is bubbly at the edges and center is hot.
Serve with pita wedges, crackers, tortilla chips, bagel chips, etc
