Spinach and Gnocchi Soup recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) | Olive oil
  • 6 ounces (1 1/4 cups) | Carrots, diced
  • 6 ounces (1 cup) | Onion, diced
  • 26 ounces (3 cups) | Land O Lakes® Alfredo Sauce
  • 24 ounces (3 cups) | Chicken stock
  • 20 ounces | Cooked gnocchi
  • 1 pound | Frozen diced chicken, cooked
  • 6 ounces | Frozen spinach
  • 2 tablespoons | Dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon | Pepper

Preparation

STEP 1

Heat olive oil in saucepan. Add carrots and onion; sauté until softened and translucent.

STEP 2

Add all remaining ingredients; heat to 165°F.

STEP 3

Hold hot until service or immediately cool to below 40°F.
