Spicy Korean Dip with Anchor™ Chef’s Cooking Cream

Spicy Korean Dip recipe

Ingredients

  • 35 ounces (4 1/2 cups) | Cream cheese, softened
  • 8 1/2 ounces (1 cup) | Anchor™ Chef’s Cooking Cream
  • 5 ounces (1/2 cup) | Gochujang paste
  • 1 tablespoon | Toasted sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 ounces (1/2 cup) | Green onions, chopped

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine cream cheese and Cooking Cream in bowl of stand mixer fitted with whisk attachment. Beat, scraping bowl occasionally, until smooth and whipped.

STEP 2

Add Gochujang paste and sesame oil. Beat, scraping down bowl, until well combined and dip is well blended. Stir in scallions.

STEP 3

Hold chilled until service.

Serve dip with chips or pretzels. It also makes a tasty topping for burgers, sandwiches or bagels.
