Combine cream cheese and Cooking Cream in bowl of stand mixer fitted with whisk attachment. Beat, scraping bowl occasionally, until smooth and whipped.
Add Gochujang paste and sesame oil. Beat, scraping down bowl, until well combined and dip is well blended. Stir in scallions.
Hold chilled until service.
Serve dip with chips or pretzels. It also makes a tasty topping for burgers, sandwiches or bagels.
