Season diced chicken with half of the Cajun seasoning and set aside.
Spray a large nonstick sauce pan or skillet with cooking spray and sauté onions until soft.
Add Ultimate White Cheese Sauce, red pepper purée, and remaining Cajun seasoning.
Add pre-seasoned diced chicken and heat over medium heat until flavors blend and sauce mixture reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.
Prepare whole grain pasta according to manufacturer directions, drain and serve with meat sauce.
Serve 1/2 cup meat sauce mixture over 3/4 cup cooked whole grain pasta.
