Ingredients

  • 110 ounces (6 pounds 14 ounces) | Frozen beef crumbles*, thawed
  • 50 ounces (5 cups) | Salsa**
  • 50 cups | Frozen tater rounds

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine beef crumbles and salsa; cover. Heat to 165°F. Hold warm until service.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above

STEP 2

Bake tater rounds according to manufacturer's instruction. Hold warm until service.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above

STEP 3

Heat Ultimate Jalapeño™ Cheese Sauce using desired method. Hold warm until service.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above

STEP 4

Portion into desired container:

1 cup tater rounds
#10 scoop salsa mixture
1 ounce Ultimate Jalapeño™ Cheese Sauce
Shredded lettuce, if desired
Diced tomato, if desired
