Southwest Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces | Pasta, cooked according to manufacturer's directions
  • 1 ounce | Guacamole
  • 1 ounce | Sour cream
  • 1 ounce | Tortilla strips, thinly sliced, fired

Preparation

STEP 1

Sauté chorizo with vegetables until soft and tender.  Add Golden Velvet Cheese Sauce; heat to 165°F for 15 seconds.

STEP 2

Fold in pasta.

STEP 3

Place mixture in bowl and top with guacamole, sour cream and tortilla strips.
