Stir together all ingredients except tortillas in large bowl.
Place about 3/4 cup filling on one end of softened tortilla. Fold two opposite edges of tortilla toward center over filling. Start at filled end and roll toward other side, wrapping tightly.
Spray sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place tortillas, seam-side down, in pan.
Bake in conventional oven at 400°F for 20 minutes or until tortilla is crisp and golden brown and chicken mixture is heated through. Serve each wrap with 1 tablespoon sour cream and 1 tablespoon salsa, if desired.
