Combine all ingredients except Ultimate Creamy White™ Cheese Sauce in stockpot; process with immersion blender until smooth.
Add cheese sauce; process until smooth.
Heat until sauce reaches 165°F for 15 seconds. Hold warm until service or if serving cold, chill sauce immediately following HACCP guidelines.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
CCP: Maintain cold food at 41°F or below
CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above
Chill ready to eat food from 70°F to 41°F within 4 hours
Add a sprinkle of ground red pepper (cayenne) to this dip for extra heat.
