Tex-Mex Bean Dip recipe

Ingredients

  • 53 ounces (13 cups) | Canned black beans, rinsed, drained
  • 13 ounces (1 1/2 cups) | Canned chopped green chiles, drained
  • 3 tablespoons | No-sodium Mexican seasoning
  • 4 ounces plus more if needed (1/2 cup) | Reduced-sodium chicken stock

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients except Ultimate Creamy White™ Cheese Sauce in stockpot; process with immersion blender until smooth.

STEP 2

Add cheese sauce; process until smooth.

STEP 3

Heat until sauce reaches 165°F for 15 seconds. Hold warm until service or if serving cold, chill sauce immediately following HACCP guidelines.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
CCP: Maintain cold food at 41°F or below
CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above
Chill ready to eat food from 70°F to 41°F within 4 hours
