  • 2 ounces (1/3 cup) | Red onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup | Fresh dill, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon | Nonpareil capers, drained, roughly chopped

Preparation

STEP 1

Heat Extra Melt® Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce in double boiler to 165°F. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to 140°F. Hold hot or chilled until service.
