Smoked Chicken and Poblano Mac and Cheese with Extra Melt White Cheese Sauce

Yield: 10 1/2 quarts | Serving Size: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 7 cups | Pulled smoked chicken, chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups | Roasted poblano peppers, chopped

Preparation

STEP 1

Cook macaroni and cheese until al dente.

STEP 2

Heat Extra Melt White Cheese Sauce Blend in combi oven on full steam until warm and fluid.

STEP 3

Combine all ingredients and stir until blended.  

STEP 4

Pour into two greased full steam table pans, cover and cook until macaroni and cheese reaches 165°F.
