Smoked Brisket Broccoli Beer Cheese Soup using Extra Melt Cheese and Alfredo Sauce

Yield: 6 cups | Serving Size: 8 ounces

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces | Red bell pepper, lightly sautéed
  • 2 ounces | Onion, chopped, lightly sautéed
  • 10 ounces | Frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
  • 8 ounces | Smoked brisket, small dice
  • 2 tablespoons | Green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons | Fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation

STEP 1

In medium saucepan, combine Alfredo Sauce, Extra Melt Cheese, beer, spices and beef base.  Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted, beef base is dissolved and soup is smooth.

STEP 2

Stir in all remaining ingredients.  Heat to 165°F.
