In a large saucepan, combine Ultimate Cheddar Cheese Sauce, tomatoes, ground beef and seasoning. Heat over medium heat until temperature reaches 165°F.
Prepare potato wedges according to manufacturer's directions.
Portion 1/2 cup potato wedges in bowl. Top with #8 scoop (1/2 cup) Sloppy Joe mixture and 1 tablespoon Cheddar Cheese.
