Preparation
STEP 1
Set up desired salad containers in assembly-line fashion. Portion into each container:
1 cup lettuce
1 package Cheese Cubes
1.4 ounces turkey ham
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup matchstick carrots
STEP 2
Cover containers with lids. Refrigerate immediately.
CCP: Maintain cold food at 41°F or below
STEP 3
Serve with desired dressing.*

If desired, substitute Land O Lakes individually-wrapped or bulk Mild Cheddar Cheese Cubes (1 ounce per salad) for the Colby Jack cheese cubes.

Substitute the tomato and carrots as desired (broccoli, celery, cucumbers, peas, etc.). or use other vegetables from your inventory. Substitute diced turkey or desired deli meat for turkey ham. Any substitutions are not reflected in current nutrition and would require new nutrition.
