Combine Extra Melt Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce, lemon juice and granulated garlic in saucepan; heat over low heat, stirring occasionally. Hold hot until service.
Melt butter in sautè pan; add shrimp and minced garlic. Sauté until shrimp are just cooked. Add cheese sauce; cook, stirring occasionally, until well combined and heated through.
Serve shrimp and sauce with crostini or grilled polenta. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes.
