Shrimp Scampi with Extra Melt Cheese Sauce and Butter with Canola Oil recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon | Grated lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons | Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • | Hot water, as needed
  • 2 tablespoons | Chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine Extra Melt White Cheese Sauce and Butter with Canola Oil in small saucepan; heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted. Set aside.

STEP 2

Melt butter in sauté pan. Add shrimp and garlic. Sauté until shrimp are just cooked.

STEP 3

Add cheese sauce to pan; stir to combine. Stir in lemon zest and juice. Cook until heated through. Add water to thin, if desired. Stir in parsley.

STEP 4

Serve shrimp and sauce as-is, over pasta or with toasted crusty bread.
