Combine Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce and wine in saucepan; heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Hold hot until service.
Melt butter in sautè pan; add shrimp and garlic. Sautè until shrimp are just cooked. Add cheese sauce; cook, stirring occasionally, until well combined and heated through.
Serve shimp mixture over pasta, garnished with parsley and crushed red pepper.
