Combine Extra Melt Cheese Sauce and Extra Melt Shredded American Cheese in small saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce is smooth and heated through. Hold warm until service.
Top bottom halves of rolls with pickles, lettuce, tomato and hamburger patty. Spoon 1 ounce warm cheese sauce over each burger. Sprinkle with bacon and onion. Cover with top halves of rolls. Insert sandwich picks into rolls to serve.
Substitute Extra Melt® White Cheese Sauce for the Yellow Cheese Sauce and add minced shallots to elevate the burger. Serve with extra cheese sauce on the side to make the burger more saucy.
