Saucy Cheddar Bacon Burger Recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 | Tomato slices
  • 10 (6-ounce) | Hamburger patties, cooked as desired
  • 10 slices | Bacon, cooked, chopped
  • 6 ounces (2 cups) | Saut­éed or caramelized onions

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine Extra Melt Yellow Cheese Sauce and Extra Melt Shredded American Cheese in small saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce is smooth and heated through. Hold warm for service.

STEP 2

Top bottom halves of rolls with pickles, lettuce, tomato and hamburger patty. Spoon 1 ounce warm cheese sauce over burgers. Sprinkle with bacon and onion. Cover with top halves of rolls. Insert sandwich picks into rolls to serve.
