Roasted Carrots with Za'atar Yogurt recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces (1/4 cup) | Full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon | Za'atar seasoning
  • 1/4 cup | Walnut pieces, toasted

Preparation

STEP 1

Toss carrots with melted Signature® Garlic & Herb Blend. Spread carrots on baking sheet in single layer. Roast in 400°F oven 20 minutes or until cooked through. Hold warm until service.

STEP 2

Heat Extra Melt® Cheese Sauce according to manufacturer's instruction. Combine cheese sauce, yogurt and Za'atar. Hold warm until service.

STEP 3

To plate, top about 4 ounces carrots with 2 ounces Za'atar yogurt sauce. Garnish with toasted walnuts.
