Pumpkin Pie Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon | Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons | Whipped cream, lightly sweetened
  • Optional | Ground cinnamon

Preparation

STEP 1

Stir together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined; pat into bottom of a wide shallow dish.

STEP 2

Mix together pudding, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice; spread on top of graham mixture in parfait glass.  Top with dollop of whipped cram and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
