Place pork loin onto oven-safe rack; season with salt. Roast in 450°F oven 10 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 400°F. Turn pork roast over; roast 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Sweat onion in oil until softened. Add all remaining chutney ingredients; cook until mixture has reduced to syrup consistency. Cool.
To build sliders, thinly slice roasted pork. Spread about 1 1/2 teaspoons Queso Bravo Cheese Dip onto cut sides of buns. Top bottom half of each bun with about 1.5 ounces pork and 1 tablespoon chutney. Cover with top half of bun.
