Pork Loin Sliders with Cherry Chutney recipe

Ingredients

  • Pork Ingredients
  • 1 pound | Pork tenderloin
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons | Kosher salt
  •  
  • Cherry Chutney Ingredients
  • 3 ounces (1/2 cup) | Yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon | Canola oil
  • 4 ounces (1 cup) | Dried cherries
  • 4 ounces (1/2 cup) | Pineapple juice
  • 4 ounces (1/2 cup) | Raisins

Preparation

STEP 1

Place pork loin onto oven-safe rack; season with salt. Roast in 450°F oven 10 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 400°F. Turn pork roast over; roast 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

STEP 2

Sweat onion in oil until softened. Add all remaining chutney ingredients; cook until mixture has reduced to syrup consistency. Cool.

STEP 3

To build sliders, thinly slice roasted pork. Spread about 1 1/2 teaspoons Queso Bravo Cheese Dip onto cut sides of buns. Top bottom half of each bun with about 1.5 ounces pork and 1 tablespoon chutney. Cover with top half of bun.
