Preparation
STEP 1
Combine all dressing ingredients in large bowl. Portion 1 ounce into each of 24 (1-ounce) containers; cover with flat lid. Set aside.
CCP: Maintain cold food at 41°F or below
STEP 2
Layer shaker salad ingredients in 16-ounce clear container in this order:
Spaghetti, 1/2 cup
Tomatoes, 1/4 cup
Green pepper, 1/4 cup
Red pepper, 2 tablespoons
Red onion, 2 tablespoons
Black olives, 1/4 cup
Turkey pepperoni, 1/2 ounce
Mozzarella cheese, 1 1/2 ounces
Cover with flat lid.
STEP 3
Place dressing cup upside down inside domed lid. Attach dome to covered salad container.
STEP 4
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
