Cook macaroni to al dente according to manufacturer's instruction; drain.
Combine drained macaroni with all remaining ingredients.
Divide mixture between two full hotel pans; cover.
Heat in 350°F oven until macaroni and cheese reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
Portion using one #6 scoop into desired containers.
Serve immediately or hold warm until service.
