Philly Mac Burrito with Prepared Whole Grain Mac & Cheese

Philly Mac Burrito recipe

Ingredients

  • 9 3/4 cups | Frozen pepper and onion blend, thawed
  • 24 (8-inch) | Whole grain tortillas

Preparation

STEP 1

Hold rice warm until service.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above

STEP 2

Combine Macaroni & Cheese, Philly beef and pepper and onion blend in deep half hotel pan. Cover. Heat to 165°F.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds

STEP 3

For service, spoon 1/2 cup rice onto each tortilla. Top with one #6 scoop (2/3 cup) filling. Wrap burrito-style.

STEP 4

Serve immediately or wrap burrito in foil and hold warm until service.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above

Warm tortillas slightly to wrap filling more easily.

For additional vegetable component, serve with side salad.
