Philly Mac Breakfast Bake with Prepared Whole Grain Mac & Cheese

Philly Mac Breakfast Bake recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons | Granulated garlic
  • to 1/2 teaspoon | Ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 12 cups | Frozen pepper and onion blend, cooked, drained

Preparation

STEP 1

Generously spray full hotel pan with release spray.

STEP 2

Combine all ingredients except drained pepper and onion blend in large bowl; pour into prepared pan.

STEP 3

Cover pan. Bake in 350°F oven 1 hour or until set in center and temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds

STEP 4

Cover; hold warm at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above

STEP 5

Top each serving with 1/2 cup warm pepper and onion blend.
