Philly Mac recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon | Granulated garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon | Ground red pepper (cayenne)

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients in deep half hotel pan. Heat until 165°F for 15 seconds.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds

STEP 2

Hold hot until service.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above
