Northern Italian White Bean Sauce

Northern Italian White Bean Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tablespoons | Dried Italian Seasoning
  • | Black olives, if desired, for topping
  • | Sliced banana peppers, if desired, for topping

Preparation

STEP 1

Prepare baked potatoes. Hold warm until service.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above

STEP 2

Combine remaining ingredients, except black olives and banana peppers, in full steam table pan. Cover. Heat until sauce reaches 165°F for at least 15 seconds. 

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds

STEP 3

Serve 3 ounces (one #10 scoop or 3 ounce spoodle) of cheese sauce mixture over baked potato. Top with black olives and banana peppers, if desired.
