Preparation
STEP 1
Melt Clarified Butter in medium saucepan. Add all remaining hot sauce ingredients; stir until well combined. Cook over medium heat until heated through. Reserve 3 tablespons for Queso Dip; refrigerate remaining hot sauce for use within 3-5 days.
STEP 2
Combine all Queso Dip ingredients in large saucepan; heat over medium-low heat, stirring frequently. Hold hot until service.
STEP 3
Garnish with pickle slices and sriracha sauce to serve.
