Preparation
STEP 1
Combine dressing ingredients in large bowl. Portion 1 ounce dressing into each of 24 (1-ounce) containers; cover with flat lid. Set aside.

STEP 2
Mix couscous with chili garlic sauce in large bowl. Set aside.

STEP 3
Layer salad ingredients in 16-ounce clear container in this order:
1/2 cup seasoned couscous
1/4 cup tomatoes
1/4 cup cucumber
1/4 cup chickpeas
2 tablespoons ripe olives
2 tablespoons green pepper
2 tablespoons red pepper
2 tablespoons red onion
1 ounce mozzarella cheese
Cover with flat lid.
STEP 4
Place dressing cup upside down inside domed lid. Attach dome to covered salad container.
STEP 5
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
