Mexi-Melty Philly with Queso Bravo Cheese Dip

Yield: 12 cups sauce | Serving Size: 1/4 cup, 48 servings

Ingredients

  • 12 pounds | Beef brisket, cooked, shredded
  • 3 pounds | Poblano peppers, stemmed, seeded, thin sliced, sautéed
  • 1 1/2 pounds | Red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded, thin sliced, sautéed

Preparation

STEP 1

To prepare sauce, heat Queso Bravo Cheese Dip with cotija cheese to 165°F.  Some texture remains in sauce.

STEP 2

To assemble sandwich, place brisket on top of bun.  Top with 1/4 cup cheese sauce, onions, poblanos and red bell peppers.  Serve immediately.
