Preparation
STEP 1
Combine hot water and farro in hotel pan; cook uncovered on full steam in combi oven 25 minutes. Fluff with fork; hold warm until service.
STEP 2
Mix kale, lemon juice and salt in large bowl. Chill 1 hour before service.
STEP 3
Combine Extra Melt White Cheese Sauce, water, dill and garlic powder in hotel pan. Cook on full steam in combi oven until mixture reaches 165°F. Chill for service.
STEP 4
To assemble: Place 1/2 cup farro in bowl. Arrange kale and other vegetable toppings separately around edge of bowl. Place chickpeas in center of bowl. Drizzle with about 1 1/2 ounces dressing.
