Mediterranean Bento with Cracker Cuts recipe

Ingredients

  • 25 cups (100 ounces) | Bell peppers, sliced
  • 12 1/2 cups (53 ounces) | Cucumbers, sliced

Preparation

STEP 1

Lay out desired containers for packing bento ingredients.

STEP 2

To separate compartments of each bento, add:

4 Mild Cheddar Cracker Cuts (1 ounce)
2 ounces hummus
2 ounces whole grain pita chips
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/4 cup cucumber

STEP 3

Cover bento. Refrigerate until service.
