Heat thawed Macaroni and Cheese using desired method to 165°F for 15 seconds.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
Heat meatballs according to manufacturer's instruction.
Coat hot meatballs in barbecue sauce. Hold meatballs and macaroni and cheese warm until ready to portion.
CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above
Portion 3 ounces (#12 scoop) macaroni and cheese into desired containers; top each with 3 meatballs.
Serve with whole grain roll and 1/2 cup vegetable of choice to make this a reimbursable meal.
