Soak raisins in hot water (< 180°F) at least 10 minutes; drain well.
Heat Extra Melt® Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce in double boiler to 165°F; stir in drained raisins and all remaining ingredients. Heat to 140°F. Hold hot or chilled until service.
Serve this cheese dip with fresh apple or pear slices and assorted cookies and crackers for dipping.
