Heat Macaroni and Cheese Pouch in steamer to 165°F.
Combine Macaroni and Cheese, ground beef, tomatoes, salsa and seasonings in large stockpot; stir gently to combine. Heat over medium heat until heated through to 165°F.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
Pour mixture into steam table pan; cover. Hold in food warmer until service.
CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above
