Heat Macaroni and Cheese Pouch in steamer to 165°F.
In large stock pot combine Macaroni and Cheese, ground beef, tomatoes, salsa and seasonings. Stir gently to combine ingredients, heat over medium heat until heated through to 165°F.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
Pour mixture into steam table pan, cover and hold in food warmer until service.
CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above
