Mac and Cheese Pizza

Preparation

STEP 1

Par bake pizza crusts 5-10 minutes at 375°F.

STEP 2

Combine shredded cheeses in bowl, divide in half.

STEP 3

Combine 1 pouch macaroni and cheese with 36 ounces shredded cheese mixture.

STEP 4

Top each par-baked crust with 2 cups cheese and macaroni mixture.

STEP 5

Top each pizza with remaining shredded cheese mixture, approximately 6 ounces per pizza.

STEP 6

Bake pizzas at 375°F for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted, crust is lightly browned, and macaroni and cheese mixture reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds

STEP 7

Cut each pizza into 8 slices.
