Loaded Southwest Fries with Queso Bravo White Cheese Dip

Yield: 10 servings | Serving Size: 2 ounces sauce, 3 ounces beef, 1 ounce onion, 1/2 oz. jalapeño, 6 ounces fries, 2 oz. pico de gallo

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces | Jalapeño peppers, chopped
  • 4 pounds | French fries, cooked, hot
  • Garnish | Pickled red onion, cilantro, radishes
  • 20 ounces | Pico de gallo

Preparation

STEP 1

Heat cheese sauce via one of the methods located on pouch.

STEP 2

In medium saucepan, combine heated cheese sauce, shredded cheese and hot water.  Whisk and heat to 165°F until smooth and combined.  Hold warm.

STEP 3

To assemble:  Place 6 ounces of French fries on serving plate.  Layer with 3 ounces brisket, 1 ounce onions and 1/2 ounce jalapeños.  Top with 2 ounces cheese sauce.

STEP 4

Garnish with red onion, cilantro and radishes.  Serve with 2 oz. pico de gallo on side.
