Heat cheese sauce via one of the methods located on pouch.
In medium saucepan, combine heated cheese sauce, shredded cheese and hot water. Whisk and heat to 165°F until smooth and combined. Hold warm.
To assemble: Place 6 ounces of French fries on serving plate. Layer with 3 ounces brisket, 1 ounce onions and 1/2 ounce jalapeños. Top with 2 ounces cheese sauce.
Garnish with red onion, cilantro and radishes. Serve with 2 oz. pico de gallo on side.
