Heat cheese sauce via one of the methods located on pouch.
Combine warm cheese sauce, shredded cheese and hot water in medium saucepan. Whisk and heat to 165°F until smooth and combined. Hold warm.
To build platter, place 6 ounces French fries onto serving plate. Layer with 3 ounces brisket, 1 ounce caramelized onions and 1/2 ounce jalapeños. Top with 2 ounces cheese sauce.
Garnish with red onion, cilantro and radishes. Serve with 2 ounces pico de gallo on side.
Tip: For a milder version, use LAND O LAKES® Extra Melt® Cheese Sauce.
