Kentucky Hot Brown Sandwich with Extra Melt White Cheese Sauce and Alfredo Sauce

Yield: 120 oz. sauce | Serving Size: 2 oz. sauce, 1 slice bread

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces | Bacon, cooked, crumbled or chopped
  • 11 1/4 pounds | Roast turkey, sliced
  • 6 pounds | Tomatoes, sliced

Preparation

STEP 1

To prepare sauce, combine Extra Melt Sauce with Alfredo Sauce.  Heat to 165°F for 15 seconds.  Keep warm for service or chill immediately.

STEP 2

To assemble sandwich, top each slice of bread with turkey and sliced tomatoes.  Top with 2 ounces sauce and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.  Serve immediately.
